- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any website, software, automation or advertising work is only agreed once we both accept a written proposal, quote or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, timelines and ownership.

- We aim to reply to enquiries quickly, but we do not promise a specific response time, and we may decline an enquiry.
5. Our work and third-party projects
The projects shown on the website were built for clients or as demonstrations. Their names, logos, content and data belong to their respective owners, and are shown for illustration only. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Bolt Yards name, logo, website design, code, graphics and written content belong to us or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law. Some 3D and audio assets are used under licences from their creators.
