This policy explains what personal information Bolt Yards collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Bolt Yards, a sole proprietorship of Aditya Reddy, a software and digital studio based at #243, 5th A Main, Gnanabharthi Layout, Kengeri S.T, Bengaluru - 560059, India (“we”, “us”). For the purposes of Indian data protection law, Aditya Reddy, as proprietor of Bolt Yards, decides why and how the personal information described here is used.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, your company (optional), the service you are interested in, an optional budget and timeline, and your message. If you email or call us, we keep the details you share with us.
Information collected automatically
- Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records pages viewed, the referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location (country or city level). It does not use cookies and does not build advertising profiles.
- How you found us. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (for example from a post we shared), or from another website, we store that source in your browser and add it to your enquiry so we know where it came from.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address and request details for security and reliability.
We do not ask for payment details, passwords or government IDs on this website, and the website has no user accounts.
3. Information stored in your browser
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses your browser’s local storage for three small things:
- by-attribution: where you came from (kept for up to 30 days).
- by-contact-last: the time of your last enquiry, to stop accidental duplicate submissions.
- by-muted: whether you turned the game’s sound off.
You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. The interactive 3D experience runs in your browser; your driving, controls and camera movements are not sent to us.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and send a proposal or quote.
- To send you a confirmation of your enquiry.
- To understand which channels bring visitors, and to improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.
We use the information you give us on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and for the limited purposes above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website. They handle data only to provide their service to us:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form submissions to our email inbox and sends your confirmation email.
- Google provides our email (Gmail) and the fonts shown on this website (Google Fonts), which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights and security. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
6. Transfers outside India
The providers above may process data on servers outside India. By using the contact form you understand your information may be handled in other countries, and we choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a possible project, and for a reasonable period afterwards (usually up to 24 months) for our records, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we need to keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons. If we start working together, project records are kept under the terms of our written agreement.
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal or financial details through the contact form.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information of yours we hold and how it is used;
- correct or update information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you; and
- address a grievance with us.
To use any of these rights, email boltyardsindia@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, including projects we have built for clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
